Tim Hyde

President

Tim Hyde serves as Chief Executive Office for Echelon Insurance Group. Mr. Hyde has over twenty (20) years in the healthcare space, primarily focused on consulting, administering, and promoting large group, self-funded health plans.

Mr. Hyde began his health care career as Vice President of one of the largest Third Party Administrators in the U.S., based in Little Rock, Arkansas. During his tenure, Mr. Hyde sold and managed employers across the country. His client’s health plans consisted of an array of industries from publicly traded and private manufacturing, hospitals, medical practices, municipal county and city governments, universities, non-profit, and religious organizations. In 2017, he transitioned to President and Chief Relationship Officer of a Reference-Based Pricing company based out of Des Moines, Iowa.  During his time, he led the effort to automate all systems to scale the organization for national growth, all while promoting the brand leading to 660% growth in less than three years.

With his experience in developing meaningful and decisive solutions within the existing healthcare system, and building cutting-edge solutions to combat rising, unsustainable healthcare costs, he was tasked to develop and lead Echelon Insurance Group, a full-service Life and Health, and Property and Casualty agency based in Little Rock, Arkansas. EIG implements such strategies in the state of Arkansas and beyond for employers of all sizes and industry.

Mr. Hyde is licensed in Life and Health and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia in 2000. He lives in Little Rock with his wife, Kathryn, his son Charley, and his daughter Molly.

Deanna Alguire

Senior vice President

Deanna Alguire serves as Senior Vice President for Echelon Insurance Group, as the leader of Property and Casualty. She began her career in 2010 as a direct agent for a medical malpractice carrier, helping to get it off the ground in Arkansas, becoming one of the top insurance carriers in the region. Later, she went on to join several of the largest firms in the state to continue her focus on insuring Arkansas healthcare accounts.

She has a unique specialization in professional liability insurance for physicians, medical clinics, hospitals, surgical centers, long term care facilities and more. She has a deep understanding of all their insurance needs to include Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Property, Employment Practices, Cyber and more. This knowledge has led to many other industries as well.

Mrs. Alguire is licensed in Property and Casualty and earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, 1987. She lives in Little Rock with her husband, Jim, and her daughter Ella. She has another daughter, Macy, who is attending the University of Arkansas presently. And her grown son, Jess, graduated from the UofA and works in logistics in Fayetteville.

With Mr. Rubino’s well-rounded knowledge of healthcare, critical thinking skills, operational and professional advocacy experience, he was asked to join Echelon Insurance Group as Vice President. Nick has over ten years’ experience in the healthcare industry, primarily focused on operations, advocacy, and account management for both large and small group, self-funded health plans.

Mr. Rubino began his career in healthcare by becoming a licensed agent selling voluntary employee benefits. He was then asked to join an industry disruptive start-up in Stuart, Florida. During his tenure, Mr. Rubino quickly learned the ins and outs of the industry, moving into account management and operational roles within the first year. The company then tripled in size servicing over 50,000 members across the nation. As an account manager who developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the healthcare system, Mr. Rubino enjoyed working closely with individuals and HR Departments to help them navigate the often-confusing world of health insurance. From answering questions, to resolving issues and ensuring members had access to the care they needed, this role required a high level of empathy, communication skills, and a strong knowledge of the industry. Taking the experience as an Account Manager and becoming an Operations Manager, Mr. Rubino was able to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of their internal processes and implement changes to streamline their operations.

Mr. Rubino was raised in Las Vegas, and moved to Jupiter, Florida in 2013 where he met his wife, Chelsea.
